Aeroglide offers the food ingredient industry a wide range of equipment and processing options that optimizes product quality and operating efficiencies.  Aeroglide’s Rotary dryer is the choice for high throughput capacity applications involving high moisture, friable, free-flowing commodity products and by-products.  We have single-pass or three-pass configurations. Heating options include steam, gas, oil, thermal oil and auxiliary Biomass Burner System.  An optional mixback system allows high-moisture, sticky products to flow through the system for easier handling.  Conveyor dryers are used for extruded ingredients, fragile products and for products where precise control over the drying parameters is required.

Applications:
Aeroglide dryers are used to process a variety of food ingredients.  Conveyor dryers are common for drying breading, infused fruit and texturized vegetable protein (TVP).  Rotary dryers are used for fruit and vegetable pomace from juice operations, wet-milled grain ingredients, fruit and vegetable by-products and spices.
