Canned Food Cookers and Coolers

Aeroglide Spin Cookers and Spin Coolers reduce the time required to heat or cool product by as much as 50%.  The rolling action of the cans causes the product to mix while cooking and cooling, thereby, enhancing heat transfer and reducing the cooking or cooling time.

The Aeroglide Spin Cookers and coolers, by means of direct steam injection or recirculating water, moving air, and an innovative track system, provide an environment in which canned products are cooked or cooled with maximum efficiency while utilizing a minimum amount of floor space.  The product is rolling when fed into the system and continues this rotation as it progresses through the equipment for enhanced consistent cooking or cooling.  In the case of the cooler, cooling is further enhanced by drawing ambient air through the spray providing evaporative cooling to aid the process.  This reduces the required cooling retention time and the required amount of make-up water to the system.
